Our History

The Stadsdelsmammorna project was started in 2014 and has been inspired by a German concept whose intention is to support residents who want to enter the labor market and break isolation and exclusion. As of March 1, 2020, the concept was implemented at the Labor Market Administration as a process with the aim of training new District mothers. Just over two years later, Stadsdelsmammorna formed a non-profit association, Stadsdelsmammor-HBG, and can be found in various districts of the city.

This fall, they will have the opportunity to develop their proposal to work as a "multilingual contact center" that will act as a bridge between the administration and residents who do not dare to take the first step and the contact needed to get help
